A day of family fun for adults and children of all ages!   Interested in selling your crafts or other merchandise?  Contact Robin ASAP by email at robin@goodnewshome.info, or call 908-806-7913 Ext. 26, to reserve one or more vendor tables at a reasonable rate.     Revelation Generation 2007 September 1, 2007 - Saturday The Good News Home will again take part in one of Hunterdon County’s largest one-day addiction recovery awareness events at the Revelation Generation 2007 Christian Rock Event.     Rally for Recovery 2007 “Join the Voices of Recovery: Saving Lives, Saving Dollars” September 15, 2007 - Saturday - 12PM to 4PM Liberty State Park, Jersey City, NJ (Terminal Area)  "The SAMHSA sponsored Recovery Walk was organized to show that recovery exists here in the Garden State where thousands of New Jerseyans are living quality lives in recovery, drug and alcohol free. The Walk is a celebration of recovery for those in recovery, their family members, friends and other allies, as well as a symbol of hope for the thousands upon thousands still in the throes of addiction, so that they and their families and friends can have hope and see that recovery is not only possible, but a reality for many whose lives at one time were hopeless and full of despair."   NJ addiction treatment providers, like the Good News Home, will be sending Recovery Delegations to compete in the Battle of the Banners.  The winner will be awarded $500 to assist it in combating alcohol and drug addiction.
